JUST LOAD AND GO
Data Chopper is very easy to use. Simply load a data base file (ODBC is supported) and press GO. This starts the analysis. You can even load several data bases at one time and Data Chopper will go through them all.
When the analysis is finished, select View Report and you will see a comprehensive report that shows you exactly where the most defectives occur. This report lists variables sorted by defective percentage, which allows quality controllers to quickly pinpoint current problem sources.
You can also choose to view the report sorted by field, which allows comparison between variables within a field.
Filtering options can be invoked to sort out data that is not statistically significant or that does not meet certain yield criteria.
Advanced users have the option of setting their own specification limits for each variable or excluding variables from the analysis.
